Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 11 August 2026
We are committed to ensuring accessibility, diversity, and inclusion across both our digital presence and our physical interior design services. We actively work to create spaces, processes, and web experiences that are welcoming, usable, and adaptable for clients, contractors, and visitors of all abilities.
1. Digital & Website Accessibility
We strive to align our digital experience with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. Key digital measures include:
Designing clear page structures, legible contrast ratios, and accessible typography.
Utilizing descriptive labels on contact forms and interactive elements.
Adding descriptive alternative text (alt text) to portfolio imagery and design concepts where applicable.
Ensuring the site remains navigable via keyboard controls and screen reader technologies.
2. Accessible Interior Design Process & Service Delivery
We believe that exceptional design must be functional and inclusive. We adapt our working methods throughout the project lifecycle to accommodate specific access, sensory, or communication requirements:
Initial Consultations & Communication: We offer flexible consultation formats, including remote video calls, phone meetings, digital questionnaires, or in-person site visits. We can provide documentation, fee proposals, and design concepts in large print or accessible digital formats upon request.
In-Person Site Meetings & Surveys: Before attending site visits, space measures, or showroom walk-throughs, we discuss mobility and access needs to ensure chosen meeting locations are suitable and fully accessible.
Inclusive & Universal Design Principles: Where requested or required, we incorporate Universal Design and Inclusive Design practices into our space planning. This includes consideration of wheelchair turning radii, step-free access, ergonomic joinery heights, adaptable kitchen/bathroom configurations, sensory-friendly lighting plans, acoustic management, and tactile material selection.
Collaborative Client Review: We present design schemes using clear visual renders, tactile sample boards, and explicit layout dimensions to ensure concepts are thoroughly understood before implementation begins.
3. Known Limitations & Ongoing Enhancements
While we continually improve accessibility across our website and service operations:
Third-party embedded content on our site (e.g., social media feeds or interactive maps) may occasionally fall short of complete WCAG compliance.
Third-party trade showrooms, supplier sites, or historic buildings undergoing renovation may present physical access limitations beyond our direct control. In these instances, we arrange alternative review methods, such as digital specification books or home sample deliveries.
4. Feedback & Accessibility Requests
